create own PCBs
To build own PCBs you need two big acquisitions. An exposure machine and an etching machine.
Attention! Be careful with chemicals, read instructions!
build the Layout
With an Layoutprogram like Eagle or Target you can route the traces an print it to a transparent foil.
expose the PCB
For exposure, I use a Isel device. The exposure time is approximately 5 minutes. With ready coated plates from Bungard I made the best experiences.
develop the PCB
i develop the PCB in a NaOH-Solution. 1l Water and 10g NaOH.
build PCBs
[Translate to Englisch:] Nach dem erfolgreichen Belichten und Entwickeln kann beim Ätzen eigentlich nich viel schief gehen. Hier mal eine Nahaufnahme von 0,3mm Leiterbahnen mit einem 0,35mm Zwischenraum.

[Translate to Englisch:] Für den Lötstopplack habe ich einen eigenen Artikel schrieben.

[Translate to Englisch:] Mit einem ordentlichen Lötkolben und viel NoClean Flussmittel gelingen auch winzige Lötstellen. Im Bild ein PCA9635 mit 0,3mm Leiterbahnen und 0,35mm Zwischenräumen. Gelötet mit einem Weller WD1000 und der Spitze LT GW.
